Earlier this month, Rock Foundation Cambodia (RFC) supporters from around the world rallied together to partner with us on Giving Tuesday. Because of your generosity, poor, rural Cambodian men, women and children will receive:
- Access to clean, safe water for drinking and sanitation;
- Essential medical supplies, sustainable food resources;
- And more ALL in the name of Jesus.
Roughly 90% of Cambodia’s poor live in rural areas – often without proper access to clean water, proper sanitation, adequate housing, or basic medical care. Rock Foundation Cambodia exists to meet the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the Cambodian people.
This year alone, we built 75 fresh water wells that will eliminate the need for many impoverished Cambodians to use streams and ponds often contaminated with water-borne diseases for drinking and sanitation.
We’ve also imported countless containers of medical supplies for poor villages that would otherwise do without. In rural communities particularly, these supplies are critical to ensuring that the basic physical needs of the Cambodian people are met. Shipments include items such as wheelchairs, crutches, hospital beds and other critical medical resources.
Thank you again for your support of our mission this Giving Tuesday. Together, we can share the hope and love of Jesus with those who need it most.
