Looking Back With Gratitude: A Year of Hope and Impact

As 2025 starts to slow down, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible ways God has moved through Rock Foundation Cambodia this year. Every meal shared, every well drilled, every Bible given and every life touched reminds us of the power of partnership and prayer. None of this would have been possible without you, our faithful supporters, volunteers and friends.

A Year of Tangible Impact

Food and Fellowship Outreaches

This year, we served more than 3,629 meals, providing not just nourishment, but also connection, encouragement, and hope to families and individuals facing hardship. Since launching this program last year, we have shared more than 7,986 meals across 56+ events, building community and spreading the love of Christ one meal at a time.

Water Wells

Access to clean water changes everything from health to education and opportunity. In 2025 alone, we completed more than 32 new water wells, providing safe drinking water to nearly 15,000 rural students and villagers. This brings the total number of wells drilled by Rock Foundation Cambodia to more than 1,042. What a testament to the faithfulness of our supporters and the resilience of the communities we serve.

Rice Distributions

Food security is a constant challenge for many families in Cambodia, especially those displaced by conflict or natural disaster. This year, we distributed 44,000 pounds (20 tons) of rice — 5 tons to families at Mercy Village Church and 15 tons to families displaced from the border conflict. Every bag of rice represents more than nourishment. It represents dignity, relief and hope.

Evangelism

The greatest gift we can offer is the message of Christ. In 2025, we distributed over 300 Bibles through well-drilling and school outreaches and shared the gospel with more than 1,000 students. Beyond the villages, we were also privileged to share God’s Word through speaking engagements at churches across the United States, at a Cambodian Pastor’s Conference and at a local Khmer church. These moments remind us that the gospel knows no borders. It reaches hearts, wherever they may be.

Reflections on the Year

Looking back, it’s easy to see the numbers and feel accomplished, but behind every statistic is a story: A child who no longer has to walk miles for water. A family that can gather around a warm meal. A student who opens a Bible for the first time. Villages that no longer deal will the illnesses caused by unclean water. These are the stories that fuel us and the moments that remind us why we cannot stop showing up. Even small acts of love can ripple out to transform entire communities.

Looking Ahead

As we prepare for 2026, we know there is still much work to do. Families still need clean water, children still need meals and education and hearts still need to hear the message of hope and salvation. That’s why your continued support is so critical!

Every gift, prayer, and act of generosity helps us continue our mission to provide food, water and the gospel to thousands of Cambodians in need. Together, we can make the next year even more impactful than the last.

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT THIS GIVING TUESDAY

There are several opportunities for you to partner with us to end the year strong, one of which is Giving Tuesday coming up on December 2. This year, a generous anonymous donor will be matching all donations up to $5,000. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to learn more about how to support us on that day!

From all of us at Rock Foundation Cambodia, thank you for walking alongside us. Because of you, hope flows, lives are nourished and the gospel continues to transform communities across Cambodia.
