At Rock Foundation Cambodia, we are dedicated to bringing lasting hope and transformation to some of the most underserved communities in the nation. Since 2011, our Christ-centered ministry has been actively responding to physical, spiritual and social needs by drilling clean water wells, improving sanitation, importing essential medical supplies, facilitating medical care, building homes and engaging in compassionate community outreach. Every day, our team lives out the call to serve “the least of these” by helping families gain access to basic life essentials and grow in faith.
Working at Rock Foundation Cambodia is more than a job—it’s an invitation to join a mission-driven community committed to Kingdom impact and sustainable change. As a member of our team, you will contribute directly to life-giving initiatives that meet immediate needs and help build stronger, spiritually healthy communities across rural Cambodia. If you’re passionate about purposeful work that advances Christ’s love and brings practical hope to those living in poverty, we invite you to explore our career opportunities and be part of something truly meaningful.
Rock Foundation Cambodia truly accomplishes the Matthew 25 mandate to “care for the least of these.” This Christ-centered organization prides themselves on keeping their overhead low to use as many of their resources as possible to care for the physical, spiritual, and mental needs of the poorest of the poor in Cambodia.
