At Rock Foundation Cambodia, much of our focus is providing clean water and the hope of Christ to children across rural Cambodia. While water wells are the heart of our ministry, every now and then, God will place someone special in our path with an urgent need. Meet Srey Nuth.
Community Outreach
At Rock Foundation Cambodia, we believe meeting physical needs like clean water, medical care and community support goes hand in hand with honoring people’s cultural context and spiritual worldview. Scripture reminds us that Christ Himself entered our world to redeem it (John 1:14). In the same way, effective ministry begins with presence, respect and understanding. Here are a few cultural insights that have helped us bridge the gap between Western Christianity and Cambodian communities.
As 2025 starts to slow down, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible ways God has moved through Rock Foundation Cambodia this year. Every meal shared, every well drilled, every Bible given and every life touched reminds us of the power of partnership and prayer. None of this would have been possible without you, our faithful supporters, volunteers and friends.
Recently, we hosted our 57th Food and Fellowship Outreach! This milestone marks over 7,000 meals served to the most vulnerable people in our community in just over a year. Behind this incredible number lies a deeper story of the daily challenges faced by those living in rural Cambodia, where access to clean water and nutritious food is not a guarantee, but a struggle.
By the grace of God, in 2024 we have been able to touch countless lives by providing clean water, sharing the gospel and feeding those who need it the most. It has been a year of abundance and favor as we have worked together to meet the needs of those in the most desperate of circumstances in Cambodia.
It is always a privilege to read about Brett and Sithorn and the incredible work they’re doing through the Rock Foundation in Cambodia. It is incredible what God has done through Brett and Sithorn, allowing them to make such a significant impact in Cambodia—not only among those who are isolated and disadvantaged but also by positively engaging with people in government circles.
By the grace of God, our evangelism efforts in Cambodia have exploded this year! We can hardly keep up with what the Lord is doing. He is calling so many precious people to himself, most of them children.
Recently, in addition to our efforts to provide clean water and bags of rice to the precious people in Cambodia, we have started a hot Food and Fellowship Outreach program to expand our reach and better serve the most vulnerable people in these communities.

We started this year with the goal of drilling 160 fresh water wells, and by God’s grace, we have built 210! On average, we have drilled a new well every 1.7 days for the past 15 months, and we’re not slowing down!
