By the grace of God, in 2024 we have been able to touch countless lives by providing clean water, sharing the gospel and feeding those who need it the most. It has been a year of abundance and favor as we have worked together to meet the needs of those in the most desperate of circumstances in Cambodia.
Community Outreach
It is always a privilege to read about Brett and Sithorn and the incredible work they’re doing through the Rock Foundation in Cambodia. It is incredible what God has done through Brett and Sithorn, allowing them to make such a significant impact in Cambodia—not only among those who are isolated and disadvantaged but also by positively engaging with people in government circles.
By the grace of God, our evangelism efforts in Cambodia have exploded this year! We can hardly keep up with what the Lord is doing. He is calling so many precious people to himself, most of them children.
Recently, in addition to our efforts to provide clean water and bags of rice to the precious people in Cambodia, we have started a hot Food and Fellowship Outreach program to expand our reach and better serve the most vulnerable people in these communities.
The Lord is moving in mighty ways this year as we work to provide clean water, food and most importantly,…
We started this year with the goal of drilling 160 fresh water wells, and by God’s grace, we have built 210! On average, we have drilled a new well every 1.7 days for the past 15 months, and we’re not slowing down!
We recently had the privilege of feeding approximately 750 poor families in Kampong Thom province, Cambodia. We thank God for his provision that allows us to minister to so many people who are hungry—both physically and spiritually.
Community outreach is one of the foundations of our ministry at Rock Foundation Cambodia. Most of the people we serve live without access to the most basic needs, including a consistent, reliable source of food.
Here at Rock Foundation Cambodia, we are humbled to reflect on the work God has done through our ministry in 2021. As we look ahead to the new year, we have three specific goals we’ll be working toward as we serve some of the most impoverished communities in the country.
We are very blessed to report on the impact of our Christmastime food distribution and community outreach. On Dec. 13, 2021, we were able to distribute over 11,000 pounds (5,000 kilograms) of rice in partnership with Mercy Village Church.
