Rock Foundation Cambodia purchased 12.5 acres of land in 2012 and we have been developing it into a mango farm ever since. Currently, there are more than 600 healthy, flourishing mango trees planted on our farm with another 700 mango trees recently planted.
The mango farm is currently being utilized to provide jobs for local villagers and offer a resource for fresh fruit for the impoverished communities we serve. Most of the trees are between three to four meters tall.
Three fresh water wells located on the property help provide irrigation for the mango farm. These wells are also shared with the local community as a much-needed resource for drinking and sanitation.
